Combined applicants
Complete any remaining fingerprint, transcript, disclosure or deficiency item within the two-year combined-application period.
Responsible broker required for practice
A salesperson may hold a license without immediate broker employment, but may not perform acts requiring a real estate license until affiliated with and supervised by a responsible broker.
